HI to all you fishin bodies,
While searching Google I came across this site. I did a search for Lake Winnebago and there are no matches for it here. I see by the other threads that ther’re people here that fish the river by Oshkosh, what about Lake Winnebago to Shawano Lake? I also realize this is under the rivers section, but I felt as though it would fit in here the best (location wise that is). I’m new to this site, so if I post something in the wrong spot “I’m sorry in advance”.
My buddy and I fished Shawano on this last Sunday. We only caught one 12 inch northern and fished about 8 hours. We set up five tipups tipped with Lake shiners and used one jig pole to try for panfish.
Were hoping to be able catch some walleye somehow through the ice, but we havent be able to figure it out yet. Any tricks or tips would be greatly appreciated.
