    Anyone know if the Fountain City Ramp is usable?

    Yes but the docks were not in last I went by. Early in the week.

    Yes. It’s across from my house. I see it every morning from the living room as I’m forced to go too work.

    The water is not in the parking lot as of today. The water is at the top of the ramp yet. You really won’t need to back down the ramp to launch.

    The city docks will not be in for a long time yet. You can dock and pull up to rocks or some limited grass area to get in and out.

    Just have your fishing partner drop you in and then after he parks, you just pick him up on the docks that are all marked “private”.
