FOUND – Ice fishing gear

FOUND -( Ice Fishing Gear.)
On Wed, Feb 14th, I was returning to my home in Wisconsin from a family visit in East Grand Forks, MN, traveling on US Hwy 2. In a rural stretch between Grand Rapids and Deer River, I stopped to remove an obstacle from the highway that was a road hazard. It was an ice fishing gear pack containing what looked to be quality fishing gear. I contacted the Deer River police department after arriving at my home to report what I had found and I also found a Bait Shop near Deer River (online) to leave my contact info (Freds Bait and Tackle).
Today I contacted Adam Lorch from KBJR TV in Duluth, who I know is an active fisherman. He suggested this site for passing on this matter to the public, hoping that I can find the owner of this property so it can be returned.
Any assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
