    Rock creek marina.

Stay there and fish in that area. There is deep water and shallow water.

We spent a week for our family vacation here this summer.. trout fishing is out of this world. We caught hundreds and hundreds of lake trout. We caught one small one 24″ otherwise they were all 28″+ with a few just over 34″

Monty at Rock Creek marina is a great host. Although he may not be there in the winter. They claim ice fishing hundred fish days are common. From the marina you hav

e quick access to deep trout waters and also giant pike and walleye

We are planning to go out ice fishing this year.

Do what they said. If you go late in the season, go to Hell Creek and target pike. Size and numbers were great before I moved. Lots of double digit pike. Just dont try to cross the main lake.
