    Very little college or pro banter this year. Does nobody care? This weekend it’s Gophers vs Iowa. We usually have some chatter by now.

    Well, the Vikings are pathetic (again), the Gophers probably aren’t going to win another game, and it looks like the Wild have started their annual mid-season swoon. Tough to get excited about sports these days.

    I would have never guessed the Gophers could pound Iowa like that.

    I lost interest in the NFL the last few years. Owners holding cities hostage to build them billion dollar stadium’s, players committing crimes. They lost me as a fan

    Im a GB fan. I didnt realize the fanatical hatred the Vikings held for the Packers until I moved to Minneapolis. Ive lived all over Wisconsin. Most GB fans seem to save their vitriol for the Bears and ignore the perennial irrelevance that is the Minnesota Vikings.

    The Gophers now own Floyd (the pig), the Little Brown Jug, and all that remains for the trifecta is the axe!!!

    Vikings are 4 1/2 point under dogs to the Bears next weekend.
