Fondue ideas

    I came across a fondue set boxed up on a shelf in the basement tonight. I am thinking of trying it out this weekend but need some ideas. I would like to serve different meats, have a cheese sauce and a chocolate dipping sauce. Anyone have some good recipes to share?

    Wonderibg if a good spicey venison chili would work.
