Flip Over House

I think the Otter X over looks like the perfect thing so you can leave the heater and stuff in place when you come and go. Looking for advice/information from users. The Eskimo and Clam have plastic handles to push the stops in and the poles seem to slide better on the houses in the stores. The Otter seems to have smaller poles and bind, which I would think a little wax would help with and then you hear the springs dragging in the poles any issues people have had.
The Otter seats seem to bend side to side versus the others. Has anyone had issues with the plastic seats breaking or leaning to the side after some use.

I have a seat in my resort that leans a little to the left. I think it’s from a buddy sitting in it and holding his shack while we double pull behind my wheeler.
