Flasher Mode- Why??

    BTW –
    I use the same set-up for fishing soft water when I’m vertical jigging and love it.

    I’ll give merican eagle credit for that one.

    we have a lx5, lx6, vx1p, and nice 798 set up. i’m grabbing the 5 instinctually almost all the time. i have the most confidence in what i see with that unit.

    I like a flasher for the moment when you are jigging with an interested fish, and for quick look down a hole to see if fish are there.

    I could see the value of having a graph too, but haven’t used one ice fishing before. Maybe I’ll try it this year…

    Plus you can’t mark where you caught the last one on a vexilar, making it hard to work that spot on a spot… rotflol rotflol
