I had a small chip on the backside of my live well rail fixed last winter when I took my boat in to be winterized. My dealership did a nice job. It costed $100.00

Looking at that pic, it appears the area has been damaged and repaired in the past. But to answer your question. yes it can be fixed. If you just want to seal up that one spot google fiberglass repair kits. There are many to choose from.

Otherwise, any boat repair shop can do the fix. You may want to have the entire area redone while they are at it.

West Marine sells a number of kits.

It isn’t a job that you can do in an hour if you want the repair to be invisible. First you have to patch the hole with fiberglass resin or epoxy; next you have to try to match the color of the gel coat. If you don’t care about a perfect finish, you can do it yourself by just patching the hole with fiberglass resin or epoxy and maybe some chopped mat to keep the epoxy from just running thru the hole.

If you want a perfect finish, I’d take it in. Matching gel coat color is an art.
