    1 cup choped scallions
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup hoisin sauce
    2 tbls sesame oil
    3 tbls honey
    2 tbls peeled and chopped ginger
    2 tbls vinegar
    1 tbls dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    4 clove garlic minced
    20 whole wings cleaned and cut

    Combine in bowl add to wings and toss, combine the wings and sauce in a zip bag and refrigerate up to a day

    Preheat oven to 375, remove wings from marinade and toss marinade away. Bake wings on a baking sheet single level. Bake 15 minutes then flip them, bake another 15 minutes then increase temp to 450 and bake another 15 minutes or until crispy brown. Remake marinade pour into a sauce pan and boil, reduce heat and low boil until it thickens up. Pour into a serving bowl and use as a dipping sauce
