Our family fell in love with this dip 15 or so years ago. It’s been at every Christmas get together since.

It’s good in the frig for 8 days or can be frozen for later use.

    Brown:
    1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
1 1/2 lbs Jimmy Dean Sausage (2 tubes Original or Hot N Spicy)

    ADD:
    2 lbs Velvetta Cheese
2 small cans chopped Green Chilis
1 small can chopped Jalapenio Peppers
15 oz Elpaso or Pace Taco Sauce (mild or Medium)

Heat until cheese melts and is Hot.

Easiest to make ahead of time, then heat in a crock pot at the event. Chips work ok, but the scoop style Tostitos work better.

*Personally I like the Hot N Spicy Jimmy Dean but the rest of the family likes the slightly milder dip.

    **Warning**
Do not eat too much the first time trying this.

It’s hard to stop eating this. The heat has been known to “sneak up” on people. Take a few scoops and wait 15 minutes. If sirens aren’t going off you should be good to go!

BK, looks like that secret dip bait recipe I sent you. Guy made this at work about 20 years ago. Him and 2 other guys only ones that ate it. Rest of us were at work the next nite.

Although it doesn’t look like much, it is pretty darn good.

Keep with the recommended amounts of peppers stay with the milder Jimmy Dean and taco sauce and you’ll have a Merry Christmas. Go hotter or add more peppers and you’re on your own.

This would never work for dip bait. When dropped into water it boils.

A bowl of this and a fresh pack of TP and a guy would be set for a while.

    Looks like some good stuff.
