Oil Free Turkey Fryer?

Anyone have any experience with one of these? Looks like it uses radiant heat instead of oil. Limited uses but interesting.

We saw that today too John. Nobody had an answer….Kinda makes no sense…Fried Turkey with no oil???

I talked to a guy that was using one and he claimed it tasted the same without the mess. I’m still skeptical, but it sure smelled good.
