    Fish coating isn’t always meant to be fish coating.

    I’m not letting the Cajun Seasoned coating just sit opened in the cabinets at Everts. A quick brush in the coating before dropping the boneless chops in the shallow Crisco Bay. In just a few moments, frame-able pork chops!

    Pool 4 Cajun Chops!

    They looked too pretty to not share!

    I tell you what, you should have seen them in person (well maybe not ).

    My cell phones camera takes rotten photos. They were a golden brown. Maybe it’s the monitor I’m using here because I didn’t notice this when I posted it.

    BTW there is no compromise at the camper. The FW always gets a mini vacation from cooking and dishes when she’s down. She shouldn’t have to clean either, but I would need a roll of duct tape to stop her from that.
