The FW was down to Everts last weekend and that means only one thing. BK’s turn to cook…every day!
She wanted Hash Browns and Sausage for breakfast one morning and since I was out of walleye cheeks, figured that was the next best thing.
After the hash browns are in the pan and heating up, I added a sprinkling of Sturdiwheat’s Cajun Fish Coating. This added a little “time to wake up and get something done” to the breakfast!
As you can see by the photo, not a lot of seasoning is needed. An no…there isn’t a photo of the finished product.
