Ribs, mmmmm good

    I was bored today so I made some ribs. As always they were finger licking good. Hope you all enjoy.

    I had them on the smoker for a couple of hours and than I wrap them in tin foil and put them on the grill. The key is to cook them at a low temp and cook them very slow. I put my coals at the ends of the grill and than put the ribs in the middle. It is kind of like a convection oven on your grill. Hopefull that will hep you guys. PM if you want all of the details.

    I usually use Alton Brown’s rib recipe (just google it). Always comes out AMAZING. I don’t have a smoker, but I’d love to try it that way as well. Nice work!
