    Happy Easter Everyone!

This is a popular recipe and may have all ready been posted, but repeating my just drive the point home on how good it is.

My wife, god bless her, makes a mean walleye, eel pout, pike, or what have you using crushed Ritz Crackers mixed with Montréal steak seasoning. She chunks out the fillets into 1 – 2 oz portions, dips them in melted butter (she does substitute an egg for the butter once in a while) and rolls them in the batter mixture. Couple of minutes in a frying pan with some olive oil and whala!

We use it for our Tuesday night camp fish frys and get rave reviews!

    Enjoy!

How much steak seasoning do you add? Is it a dry mix or liquid?
