Thought I’d get one of our families favorites out to all of you, this is great because you put everything together the evening before, so you pop it into the oven about 45 minutes before brunch time.

    5 cups cubed french bread
5 cups cubed cinnamon swirl bread
    8 eggs
    2 cups milk
    2 cups maple syrup
    3 teaspoons cinn.
    one stick butter cubed, melted
a couple dash’s of vanilla extract
2 Granny smith apples peeled, cored and cubed, (toss with lemon juice to keep from turning brown)
1 lb of sausage links, browned and cubed
    1 block cream cheese

butter bottom of large alum. pan, put bread crumbs into pan. Mix eggs, milk, sryup, seasonings and melted butter in a bowl and pour over bread crumbs. Add apples and sausage and mix up with your hands. Cube cream cheese into small chunks and spread evenly over the mixture. Cover with foil, store over night in fridge, bake at 350 covered for 1/2 hour, then uncover till the top and edges become brown. Serve with maple syrup on the side. Enjoy your Easter!

Don’t have to read anymore, or cook this, to know you are my new hero.
