Easy Sweet Potato Fries

I went out to eat in a chinese resturant the other day. They had deep fried sweet potatoes with a lite batter on them. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Quite delicious I must say. I will be tryng to figure that batter recipe out for sure. Not for someone on a diet tho I’m sure

they can be done with a thin beer batter but it’s a pain in the they stick together
and these are better anyway
