Ingredients
2 lbs. Walleye fillets
1 lb. thin sliced bacon
1 cup Italian Dressing
1.)Walleye Fillets zippered and cut into bite size pieces 1 1/4″x1 1/4″ approx.
2.)Put cut up pieces in a bowl and marinate in fridge with Italian Dressing for 1 to 3 hours
3.)Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each cubed piece of fish with half a slice of bacon and skewer with a toothpick
4.)I cook mine on an electric skillet or grill, but they can be cooked many different ways
5.)When the bacon is browned the fish are done and serve with your favorite dips or sauces! ENJOY
