Cap’n Crunch Chicken

    Ingredients:
    1 3/4 cup regular flour
    1/3 cup garlic
    2 Tbsp black pepper
    1/4 cup granulated onion
    1 cup Cap’n Crunch cereal
    3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    chicken tender strips, or, sliced chicken breasts

    Preparation:

    Step 1- Make seasoned flour – combine the following in a large mixing bowl:
    1 3/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup garlic
    2 Tbsp black pepper
    1/4 granulated onion

    Step 2- Make Capn Crunch breading – combine the following in a large mixing bowl:
    Press 1 cup capn crunch in a bag, or run it through cheese grader
    3/4 cup corn flake crumbs

    Step 3- Make egg wash – combine in a mixing bowl
    1 egg beaten
    1 cup milk

    Step 4- breading the chicken
    stores will carry chicken tenders, OR,
    slice chicken breasts into strips, THEN,
    thoroughly cover in seasoned flour,
    dip in egg wash,
    thoroughly cover with breading

    Step 5- cook the tenders
    deep fry @ 325 degrees for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes, OR,
    pan fry or bake until golden brown

    Step 6- EAT THEM!
