– 2/3 cup of flour
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
– 1/3 cup Bass Ale
– 1 egg
– garlic powder to taste
– Fresh ground pepper to taste
Pat fish dry with paper towels. Coat fish in flower then dip in batter.
Drop into oil 350 – 375 degrees. Flip once and remove when golden brown.
My new favorite way to cook fish.
