    – 2/3 cup of flour
    – 1 teaspoon sea salt
    – 1/3 cup Bass Ale
    – 1 egg
    – garlic powder to taste
    – Fresh ground pepper to taste

    Pat fish dry with paper towels. Coat fish in flower then dip in batter.

    Drop into oil 350 – 375 degrees. Flip once and remove when golden brown.

    My new favorite way to cook fish.

    So that’s what people do with bass when they catch them. Squeeze the “juice” out of them

    That recipe sounds like a winner to me. Have to give that a shot.
