I thought it best to throw out a post letting everyone know what the purpose of this forum. IDO hopes to develop a large archive of favorite member recipes. Fish, beef, pork, chicken…. even (gulp) vegetarian dishes are welcome. If you have a wild game recipe to share, please do so on our hunting site. The link to that forum is posted above at the top of the list of posted recipes.
I’m looking forward to trying some good eats as I know we have some talented cooks out there.
