Anyone have a good sauce recipe for Artichokesr

I’ve never eaten Artichokes but heard they are pretty good. I bought 4 and am going to try them. Got on U-tube and checked out a few sauces and they seemed ok, but wanted to know from the time tested cook gurus here what they have, any good suggestions? Much appreciated,,,

The only suggestion I can offer is to eat green beans instead. Or peas.

I’ve only eaten then in cold salads. Good peculiar taste. Never will be a stable in my house though.

Ya tom I’ll eat fresh peas but canned peas?, that’s another story, its pinch my nose and down the hatch for canned peas as Id have to be pretty hungry to eat them.

I’ve heard their good Robby but I will know what my taste buds say after I try them. I like my vegetables and often eat half of them on my plate before I even touch the meat, even grilled chicken or a good steak. If their along the line of asparagus or a similar vegetable then they’ll be ok, but if their like okra I’ll set them aside. I’ll give them the dog test, If the dog turns them away so will I.
