New York Strip steak

    A local grocery store has New York Strip in the whole at $4.49/pound. I just picked up a pair of them at around 12 pounds each. This should be enough for our summer grilling.

    Ma and I grilled a pair of inch thick yummies last night for dinner and they were, well, yummie. Very tender. Med rare heaven.
