was given it all in one big bag.
any suggestions on what to cook with or who to give it away to such as a charity?

5# isn’t that much. Lots of cheese quessadillas for the nephews nieces.

Couple of slices of sourdough bread with pile of cheese on bread. Some sliced thin veggies on top of cheese. Butter outside of bread, bake in oven.Maybe a sliced pepper if you can take it.

Cheddar cheese and broccoli soup, you would use quite a bit, maybe add some cauliflower and onions too.

Break it up into 1# bags and freeze. It will keep for a very long time in the freezer! It will keep very nicely if you are attending or hosting any new year or super bowl parties, would be great to use in a couple dips!
