Anyone want some hamburger?

OMG I just bought a 1/4 cow and I don’t think we can handle all the burger! Anyone near Woodbury want to buy some top grade hamburger butchered last week? It from IDO’s own Will Roseburgs family by Mille Lacs. Frozen in 1 lb bags. I could easily get rid of 20 lbs or so. I don’t want to see it go unused. Cheap. Let me know if interested. I’ll let it go for at least $1 lower than store prices.

I’d take the 20# depending on price. Could pick up today.

Maybe you should have had some more of that beef made into steaks (tough) and ran thru the tenderizer, that way not sa much burger.
That is what we used to do in the old farming days.
Just a thought for next time.

Done. Thank you. I will keep this post up if 20 lbs does not seem to dent the pile enough.

Thanks Mike! We found out about a year ago that my wife has a severe gluten alergy so traditional burgers we no longer an option and I started grilling them with extra seasoning (salt, pepper, a little garlic powder, and a good helping of dried, minced onion) then eating them without a bun or catsup. It’s not quite a T-bone, but with good quality beef, man they are tasty cooked like this and we went from eating burgers barely at all to eating them a couple times a week during the summer

Nice. Thank you. I can fill your order easily. $3.05/lb cost.
BTW it’s $1.45 under local prices. I’m just selling for cost to offload some bulk.

I was wondering why your boat seemed to lisp a little more this year than years past

20 lbs gone! Enjoy Buzz! I can safely let another 20 go and JDP had dibs on 5. That leaves 15. PM me if interested.
I already got a feeling I’m going to regret this later but I MUST clear some space in my freezer or forget about any venison.
