1. Clean your Wisconsin Brown Trout.
2. Leave the skin on.
3. Frying pan with an inch of olive oil on high for 2 minutes
4. Spice your trout inside and out liberally with chilli and curry powder.
5. place trout in oil and cover.
6. 40 seconds later roll over trout
7. 40 seconds later roll over trout
8. 1 minute 40 seconds roll over
9. 1 minute 40 seconds roll over.
10: trout is done when all the fins can easily be pulled out.
11. Peel off skin
12. EAT
