Smoked cabbage

    Did some smoking last weekend.BBQ cabbage with bacon,onion and bbg sauce. Also did a pork sausage fattie stuffed with onion,green pepper,mushrooms and swiss cheese warped in a bacon weave.

    Now that’s what I call good food, that cabbage looks delicious, add some real butter over it and dig in!

    There was a half a stick of butter put in the cabbage. Both that and the fattie are both real good for the arteries.

    That’s one of my smoking favorites.
    I smoked 40lbs of jumbo chicken wings last week. (that’s about 240 pieces, 4 racks full twice over)
