My wife bought me some pre-made beef meatballs with cheese and bacon in them. I’m looking for some creative suggestions for a use. I am leaning towards a lighter gravy then poured over egg noodles. Simple and quick for weeknights when time is short.

Anything else I should consider? The only requirement is “quick” as tomorrow night is bath night and with homework, time is limited.

Along these lines I usually put them in the crock pot on low for the day and they are ready when you get home. Leaves plenty of time for baths and homework

Well you try much harder than needed in my book. Meatballs with bacon and cheese! What else is needed! Open some doritos and get out the chocolate milk maybe some carrot sticks and bam dinner served. All on paper plates of course to save time. I still can’t get over meatballs with cheese and bacon Omg that sounds awesome.

Place in crock pot or slow cooker with enough water to cover. Stir in some beef bouline granuals and some shopped onions. Cook all day and then make a xof water and cornstartch for thickening to make a brown gravy after removing the meatballs. Careful not to get it too thick. So pour thickener for gravy slowly and stir at the same time.
    Good over the noodles

Some cream of mushroom soup and beef broth makes a great gravy. Amount depends on how many meatballs you use.

if it’s meatball subs, this is what I do at a hotel room for ice fishing trips. 1 or two bottles marinara(depending on size of bag of meatballs)one jar drained banana pepper rings into the crockpot on low for an afternoon. Sub rolls and shredd moz. cheese and bingo!
