So I tried this for the first time and used a recipe off of yahoo.. and let’s just say it’s one of those dishes I’ll leave up to the professional cook.
First off the noodles took too long to cook, despite the demo instructions and the sauce tasted yuck.
If you’re used to eating pad thai from a restaurant ..Don’t attempt to make pad thai at home. IMO.

So this drunk staggers into a Chinese Restaurant and orders a plate of Chow Mein, and then he passes out. An hour later he comes to, looks at the plate sitting in front of him and hollers “Hey Waiter! Should I, or did I?”

Ruam Mit Thai is good stuff!

Just dump some fish sauce on it. Everything tastes better with rotten fish juice!

True Thai. Awesome! Try the “drunkard’s noodles” if you like things spicy!

I ended up dumping the whole bottle of fish sauce into the mix because it just wasn’t tasting right. Didn’t help.
