Pulled pork

    Ma and I stopped in on an open house for a friend’s daughter’s high school graduation open house today. They had smoked, pulled pork sandwiches and I have to say that this pork was the best tasting smoked pork I have ever set my teeth into.

    The creater of this pork is Driftwood, a member here who maybe reads more than he posts. His handiwork with this pork is just plain delicious. I know he’s been busywith the smoker of late and all his time was surely my reward this afternoon.

    Best pulled pork outside a restaurant in Rochester was from Bob’s Smoke Stack Ribs. He used to have a place in Elgin, then Roch, and now caters.

    Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed…EXCELLENT sauce.
