    beef(have your butcher slice it thin)
    soy sauce
    sugar
    ginger
    garlic

    mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic and sugar(add sugar to your mix til your satisfied with the sweetness)
    add sliced beef and marinate from 1hr-overnight
    the longer you marinate the more the meat absorbs sauce.

    heat pan with oil and fry ..or you can grill.

    What cut of beef?

    Are you or not taking it to a jerky state or more to medium?

    I used rib roast and medium cook it, it’s tough if overcooked. You can use any cut of beef.
