Last year I posted that I bought a lamb, had it butchered, and was looking for recipes. Several people contacted me asking where I was able to get a lamb…unfortunately i bought the last available animals from my source.
This year they have quite a few left so I thought I would put it out there in case anyone was interested.

They are located west of Madison, Wisconsin. Animals will be ready starting mid may. I will say that what we got last year was about the finest eating meat I’ve ever had and. Very muc look forward to it again this year.
