Ham on the Weber

Ham’s not too hard to do, but this was my first stab at it. It turned out AWESOME. It took about 2.5 hours on the Weber–I brought it up to 120 F. I used some apple wood on the coals. Glazed the last 30-45 minutes with an apple juice/brown sugar/maple syrup/dijon glaze and let rest 1/2 hour before eating. Yum, yum, yum.

Lots. I sent some home with Mom and Dad, some with my sister and B-I-L, and we still have leftovers. Ham won’t got to waste, though!
