I was told by my mother back in the 70’s that Torsk was just cod broiled with a little butter, then using drawn butter to dip it in.

Since I haven’t been fishing for way too long and I’m getting crabby, I made the “poor man’s lobster” tonight.

Nothing to special. Cod, little butter, little Sturdiwheat Cajun fish coating sprinkled over the top and in the broiler.

    Not bad.

Pretty much any grocery store will have frozen Icelandic Cod.
