Pickled Gizzard Recipe

    I need a recipe for pickling some chicken gizzards. Anyone have one they thought was great? Thanks.

    Cant help either. Some homemade pickled pigs feet would be fantastic to.

    A few years back I friend of mine was a bit under the influence of furmented barley. We gave him $40 to drink the gizzard brine left over in the jar with the stipulation that if he got sick he had to buy everyone in the bar a shot……….. We all had shots on him that night. WOW – to be young and dumb again.

    Going to cooks.com is pretty general . All of the recipes are the same. Someone must have a recipe? How about pickled turkey gizzard recipe ?
