I have had several requests for this recipe so she said to share it with everyone.
5 lbs potatoes cubed
Medium onion diced
2-3 cups ham cubed
2 sticks real butter (room temperature)
2- 8 0z packages of cream cheese (room Temperature)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot put onions and ham with approximately 8 cups of water, bring to a boil for 20 min.
Add cubed potatoes and enough water to just cover them and boil until tender.
When tender turn heat to low, add butter and cream cheese stir until dissolved. (can melt butter and cream cheese in microwave to help with dissolving)
