    Just woundering for those of you that use this batter, how you mix youre batter up. Dry,with eggs ect??

    Depends on how you are cooking…if I am deep frying, I use milk and eggs for wet dip, then coat with powderized saltines and spices, then deep fry, THEN I sprinkle the zatarains on the hot fish

    Just the way I do it…yummmmmm!

    that stuff has too much corm meal for my taste, but you should roll a moist fillet in the dry mix, and repeat if you like more coating.
