    “Fruit Of The Sea”

    I am sauteing the squid in butter,onion and garlic to make it the right consistency.

    After that I will add the shrimp, mussels and baby clams to the sauce.

    This will be served over angel hair pasta with some fresh Parmesan along with a glass of red wine.

    I grew up on that…My mother’s familia was from northern Italy. YUMMY!
    Dont overcook the Calamari…or it chews like a Firestone tire…
