I want to be your neighbor…..

Awesome array of German dishes. I dated a german girl, back in college, and loved going over to her parents house for meals….

    Comfort food….

I don’t what is better… his images of food, or of the cool trout streams I’ll never see. Either way, grass sure looks green on that side of the fence.

Typically my kitchen looks like a tornado hit it after I cook.

My wife long ago decided “I make The Messes.”

    She cleans them up.

She also brings me beers when I am empty.

Barb bought a turkey breast a while back. I have been seeing folks cooking with bacon lately and I thought what the heck.
I stuffed the breast with fresh asparagus. I put some asparagus in the liquid to cook it in and draped a whole package of bacon over it.

It has been cooking since 8am in the crock pot. It will be done at 6pm. The house smells amazing.
