My jalapenos are going nuts. My onions and tomatoes are looking good. Cilantro is coming along nicely. Let’s hear some of your favorite fresh salsa recipes!!!

This is the best I have found:

    Garden Fresh Salsa

People rave about it when I make it. It is supposed to be Chi Chi’s fresh (not the store bought kind) salsa recipe before they went to a seasoning packet and I’ll say it’s the closest I’ve seen.

It’s technically a Pico De Gallo but who cares, it’s good.

There’s a whole discussion about it on another site, one of the claims is that Serrano Peppers are a must so no jalopenos…

x2 on the serrano’s. That’s all I use in my salsa recipe. Jalapeno’s are good between a PB&J sandwich tho!

Roma tomatoes, onions (white or yellow), serrano peppers, cilantro (lots of it), key lime juice(bottled or squeezed), salt. The key is to get the tomatoes and onions chopped up nice and fine to make a good Pico de gallo
