I do it on the stove top. Put some fish (I use northern) in a pot, cover with 7-up, turn on high. As soon as it starts to boil it’s done.

I’m going to have to give that a try. I think I’ll try using diet 7 up being a diabetic.

This is exactly what I did last night using diet 7-Up. Man was that good. Can’t wait to do it again and next time it will be with company.

At first it just looks different with the soda foaming and the fish filets white as snow. The daughter had her doubts but once dipped in butter and shoved into our pie holes we couldn’t get enough.

    Thanks for sharing

Sounds good Bret. Will have to give it a try. Anyone know if bass loins work with this method? I know it’s great pickled.

Not sure about the loins but I will say, the rest makes for awesome tomatoe plants

no problem Brett. Wish I could say I came up with it or could give credit to where I learned it from but I can’t. I wasn’t so sure the first time I tried it also just because of how simple it is. I think I need to pull a pack of Northern out for dinner now.
