    I just had a leftover subway sandwich for dinner. Double turkey and lots of vegetables, with a little bit of honey mustard. No pic, though.

    In an Alfredo Sauce with 1/4 pound shaved bone in ham

    Served with steamed Brussels Sprouts and Cheesy Garlic Bread

    Topped off with an ice cold glass of milk.

    Wife was inspired by a cooking show in Greece this morning. She watched it over and over. The next thing I knew we were driving 62 miles to the nearest Seafood Store.

    The finished plate is Shrimp Santorini with Greek Ratatouille on the side.

    Also grilled scallops and squid.

    All washed down with a couple shots of Ouzo.

    And of course a few Spaten Lagers.

    4 potatoes sliced and cut in fours
    5 garlic cloves sliced
    1 cup olive oil
    cook for one hour at 350
    place Parmesan on top liberally 5 minutes before finished.

    Len, I hate to ask how much you weigh. I’d be setting weight records if I ate this, but what are the recipes for pictures 2 & 3. They look awesome.

    Baked white asparagus with bacon wraps

    “Schneebesen” Scrambled Eggs Len Style
    Scrambled eggs with roasted red pepper, jalapeno, chives, celery, onions, and garlic

    ” Speck” Bacon
    A big portion of the extra bacon on the side.

    Served with a Hollandaise Sauce . Hollandaise sauce is an emulsion of egg yolk and butter

    Accompanied by a dry white wine.
