Theres a mexican restraunt where we go that has a super good warm white cheese dip for chips, a little spicey. Any good recipes out there. I could google it and get 400 of them but would rather have an ido member tested.
From Acapulco? that stuff is awesome. 
There’s actually a commercial one out there, can’t remember if it’s Tostitos or what but it’s Montery Jack Queso in a glass jar. Not bad…
Acapulco is the place in the Twin Cities I like the best. This stuff comes close to it…
What restaurant is it if you don’t mind me asking?
I will go through some of my recipes at home and see if I have one fore you.

Acapulcos white cheese is awesome! You guys got my mouth watering now. I may have to head over there for some giants beers and chops and cheese. I only live 2 minutes from the one in Ramsey
If you can’t get the Tostitos stuff, I can tell you how to make your own. A lot of the big grocery stores will have Mexican melting cheese (I get mine at Sprawl-Mart) that you can melt in a saucepan on low heat. Pour in a little cream when it starts to melt, it’s amazing.
