    Hey all,

Just back from a highly successful trip to URL / LOTW. Part of the spoils were a couple of good sized pout that found their way to the cleaning shack. I ended up with them, but have never cooked them before. I’ve heard many tout the merits of eating the pout so let’s hear your favorite methods for preparing this freshwater delicacy!!!

Fry them up like any other fish. Cook them the same as I would a walleye fillet. Then leave the walleyes fro the kids to eat.
