Easy dinner that you can set and forget… Although this recipe cooks for 4 1/2-5hours, I love it.. When I make it, I also make mashed potatoes and gravy, and it’s almost like “Thanksgiving dinner” just all mixed together..

    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup melted butter
    (1) 10.7oz can Cream of Mushroom soup
Mix these together in your large crockpot/slow cooker.
    Then add:
2 1/2 cups cooked cubed/pulled chicken or turkey (I always season it with salt and pepper while cooking it)
    (1) 8oz box stove-top stuffing (whatever flavor you like)
    (1) 16oz bag of frozen mixed veggies (I use the stir-fry with broccoli, green beans, carrots, peppers, water-chesnuts, celery, onions etc)(Use whatever you like for veggies)
I also add in extra sauteed chopped onion and celery

Mix it all together, season with salt and pepper (I usually stir in a little sage (1/2tsp) too) and put the slow-cooker on low for 4 1/2-5hrs.. I usually stir mine about once an hour to hour and a half.. Enjoy!!

Thought all my fellow cheeseheads would enjoy the slow-cooker in the pic

Sounds good, are you cooking it on high?
