Red fish

    One of my mother’s relatives dropped off a couple of slabs of frozen red fish. They were at New Orleans on vacation. Now I need to figure out a good way to prepare them. Mostly fry my walleyes and panfish,but have grilled and microwaved them sometimes.

    Get a cajun rub and then cook them on the grill – be careful on to over cook E

    Broiled, fried, baked and blackened are all good! One of the best near-shore ocean fish!
