We have a few more than normal this year and are wondering if anyone has a good recipe for pickling them and that has a little heat to it?

Search the web for recipes. Like the one above most have the same basic ingredients. Basic ingredients are a clove of garlic, fresh dill and mustard seed along with salt. I just tried a new recipe this year so the jury is out for another month. This recipe added a little sugar, olive oil and a pinch of italian seasoning. My banana peppers are so hot I dont need to add heat. I’m just hoping they arent too hot. Otherwise you can add a hot pepper of some kind to each jar. I am about ready to can batch number 2. I like to mix in other vegetables as well.
