Been making jerky for 20 some years and have found the “ONE”. Easy as can be and all out of boxes. First you start with Smokehouse jerky brine and refrigerate over night next is Backwoods jerky seasonings also frig over night. Last dry either in a dehydrator or smoker. How easy is that and the taste is better then any home made recipe.
