The wife, kids, in-laws and I will be heading to Little Winnie September 5-12 and really looking forward to it. I’ve done some looking into the lake and it looks like there is some structure here and there to target. Being there a week we’ll be targeting walleye, northern, bluegill, crappie, and perch. A good day or two of getting into any one of those species would be just fine. I don’t hear this lake talked about all that much (maybe it’s the proximity to the big Winnie) so if anyone has any insight or experience and would care to share let me know. Hoping by the 5th things have cooled off a bit and it’s a little more of a pre-fall weather pattern.

Also hoping to get this guy (24 months old) his first fish, we started practicing with one of my ice rods today.

I’ve never fished it but have always wanted too, along with Cutfoot/Little Cutfoot. My 2 year old got some sunnies off the dock at the cabin recently, and that is likely the first thing he would tell you or anyone else that he runs into!
